ThemeFlow terms

Clear rules for
building with confidence.

Using ThemeFlow

You must be authorised to connect and modify each Shopify store you use with ThemeFlow. You are responsible for reviewing generated files and storefront changes before publishing them.

Accounts and fair use

One ThemeFlow account may connect to one Shopify store and maintain one project. You may not evade usage limits, recycle trials, share credentials, probe other workspaces, disrupt the service, or use automated means to obtain unpaid generation capacity.

Plans, credits, and payment

Stripe processes paid subscriptions and credit packs. Paid features are available only while Stripe reports a qualifying subscription as active. Credit packs require an active paid plan. Refunds, reversals, or disputes may remove associated credits and suspend further generation until the balance is resolved.

Generated work and Shopify

ThemeFlow generates editable theme artifacts and deploys them to an unpublished Shopify theme first. You retain responsibility for brand, product, legal, accessibility, and commerce compliance. ThemeFlow does not guarantee that generated material is error-free or suitable for every store.

Generated storefronts include a required linked “Built with ThemeFlow” logo attribution. ThemeFlow validates and restores this component during every build and will not deploy or publish a version when the required attribution is missing or modified.

Availability

We work to keep ThemeFlow reliable and secure, but the service depends on Shopify, Cloudflare, Stripe, AI providers, and other infrastructure. Features may be limited or paused to protect users, stores, or service economics.
